NG 3894 is a pinnacle panel from an altarpiece attributed to the Master of the Lehman Crucifixion. Other parts of this altarpiece (see Gordon 1988, fig. 15 for a reconstruction) survive (New York, Metropolitan Museum of Art; Rome, private collection; Luxembourg, Musée d\'Histoire et d\'Art; and Denver, Colorado, Art Museum).
Nothing of the original frame survives.
Said to be from the collection of Abate Casali, Florence; collection of Edward Granville Harcourt Vernon by 1857; presented by Henry Wagner, 1924.
